MySea on "Add Media Doesn't Work in Wordpress 3.52"

When I click Add Media to a page or post, the Insert Media comes up but the Media Library does not load and I can't drag & drop images into it. I can only add the URL for the image, without being able to position it.
I uploaded to 3.5.2 which features a new media editor, but it does not work. There have been a lot of posts on this issue and I have spent hours following the advice.
I have not only deactivated all my plugins, but I have deleted them all. I have not only activated the default Twenty Twelve theme, but tried Twenty Eleven and Twenty Ten, and other themes as well. I have contacted my host, GoDaddy, who provided generic advice and directed me back to Wordpress. Still no fix!
Finally, I am using HTML to put the images at the bottom of my pages and posts, but this is not an elegant solution.
Can anyone suggested a fix? Thanks.
