MannySinghRealEstateNJ on "Widget Fatal Error"

I know this is a common problem, and I am sure it has to do with my newbness to this program, but is there any way to get my widgets to work?
I change the name of the file in my FTP and it will work again, but legit, not one widget has consistently worked without me getting a fatal error.
