Total newbie here. So frustrated I could cry. Any suggestions? I thought WP was suppose to be fairly easy. This has been really difficult.
I believe we are running the latest version of WP. I always update when I see the icon.
I have been putting together a few small WP website. Everything was going good. Last week I changed themes. Right after this I went into the control panel to adjust the theme and when I click on an option it gave me the page to create a new WP account.
I contacted the webhost - NetFirms. They said it was because my database was not optimized and I was over the 75,000 queries per hour limit. They said they fixed the issue.
Tried to log in. Was able to. Did a few things and again I was brought to the Welcome to Word Press 5 min install page.
Now if I try to view a page on the site - http://www.cedarcottagecompany.com I just get http://www.cedarcottagecompany.com/wp-admin/install.php
NetFirms says this is completely on my end... with the below message
Currently, I was able to access your WordPress website at http://www.cedarcottagecompany.com/ without any issues. If the MySQL user exceeds the database query limit, which is 75,000 per hour per user, then the WordPress website will be redirected to the installation page. If you are getting the WordPress installation page frequently while accessing your WordPress website I suggest you to contact the WordPress support forum and optimize the application so that it consumes less queries.
