I've been searching for how to make the description field for media show up when a picture is clicked. Currently only the Caption field shows. Where does this description field ever show up? I don't like adding a ton of unformatted information in the caption box since it looks terrible.
I only have images on my website. I've just begun using WordPress since I'm sick of hand coding in Dreamweaver. That said, I know very little of PHP and all the solutions I've read are over my head, so filled with jargon they may as well be in Greek, the solutions are for ancient versions of WordPress (or don't exist anymore), or want me to insert code in to my template but I'm afraid that will screw up my whole site.
This shouldn't be this difficult, if I fill out the field it should show up shouldn't it?
