Airyk on "Pagination problom"

I am trying to use pagintation to split up my long posts. It's working but the tiny little "page 1 2 3" comes quite far after the story ends. Also the text is far to small. http://www.yourworldyourhome.com/chapter1/
I know I could disable my plugins that are in the way, but I would rather keep them. I've been trying to figure out how to move them, but have failed. Any help would be great!
