n00by on "Adding Ads on WP 2.2.2"

Hi,
I want to put a picture as an ad in a blog. If you visit the site http://heart-2-heart-online.com/ you will see an ad before the post and there is also an ad on the right side, it's both changing whenever you refresh the page. When I login to the account in the Manage tab then Ads I can see all the ads there and at the bottom, there you can see New Ad then title, url, src, email, blog user,zones, credits, active then the add button and I don't know where to get those. I'm thinking that I have to upload first the pictures like posting a picture in a blog. But where do I upload? Thank you, and sorry for my bad english.
