i got an email from some members telling me that they requested to recover their password but they have got nothing as well..i have to recover some users password but nothing happened.. i created a username and i did not get any notification of the username and password.. apparently the issue has something to do with the configuration or something else which i have no idea how to go about... i have disabled all plugin ins and nothing happen.. same issue.
the same issue is happening with the event manager not sending email notification to members.. i have tried myself, and tried resending the confirmation from the EM plugin and it works once every many try.. i have tried changing the Mail sending method but same issue.. i have tried changing the emails but same result..
please help me out to fix the issue..
