I know I have to use this short code

But I cannot seem to get it to work. It works just fine if I paste the link in alone, but I'd really like to begin at the 22 second time stamp.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've tried pasting it in both the visual and text edit mode and nothing happens - the short code just appears on my website.
I'd appreciate any help.
